I was assigned an audition by a producer and I tried uploading a demo file in .mov format, but it doesn’t appear to play when I try and play it. Will they be able to view the video file?

There is a slight delay on the ability to play newly uploaded videos while the system encodes your video for playback.

You will need to wait until the video is completely encoded for playback.

Previous I downloaded a producer audition video and all I get is audio and no video. Help!
