Customizing your account settings on Calltime, is easy.
Just hover over your name at the top right of any page, and click “Settings.”
You can choose to receive an email notification whenever you update your profile; when a video you uploaded is ready to watch; when an artist responds to your inquiry or job offer, or applies for your job, or uploads a custom audition for you; when you receive a private message, and more. You can also choose whether you’ll accept private messages from artists, or from your own reviewers, or not. Just choose your options, and click “Save.”
You can also adjust your Privacy settings. Employees of your company can always see your company profile. But you can also make your profile Public, so anyone who visits your link can learn about your company. Customize your link, to make it easier to remember. Or, make only part of your company profile public; for instance, I’ll share our URL, but hide our company phone number. And again, click “Save.”
Finally, visit the “Account Settings” tab, to change your password. Just enter your current password, choose a new one, and repeat to confirm. If you’ve forgotten your current password, just click the red link at the top to reset it. The email address you use to log into Calltime, cannot be changed.
